I've never come across anyone who said their foot pedal (that's a mouse, for people who haven't heard the joke) wasn't working, nor anyone who said their coffee tray (CD tray) broke because it wasn't strong enough to hold the coffee mug.
Although most of the people I've come across are pretty cool and extraordinarily patient, I have come across people I thought existed only in comic strips and tech support horror stories.
I wouldn't be able to recount all my adventures as a tech support rep, so I won't attempt to. I've decided to put down isolated incidents and conversations that have been stored somewhere in my mid.
Almost two years later, I've either been too used to the silly things I hear everyday and thus ignore them completely or too stunned to remember some things. So in effect, I've forgotten a lot more than I can remember.
Hopefully, over time, I should be able to remember a major portion of it and put it down here. Any new additions would go in the "What's New" box up top.
